For those who were unable to attend, we missed you at the last Christmas card get-together (last Monday evening). These are the cards that we made.
This first card was CASED from Gretchen Barron. Very different by the way of Christmas colors, though I think this is such a pretty card using the Snow Swirled stamp set. The cardstock and ink colors are Pretty in Pink, Pink Pirouette, Basic Grey and Whisper White. The ribbon is white grosgrain and I also added a small piece of silver cord to the knot. The scallop die was cut using the Big Shot. I am really loving this new machine (new to me anyway!)

The second card has a base of Whisper White with layers of Ridinghood Red, Kiwi Kiss and Bella Rose Designer Paper. The sentiment was stamped in Ridinghood Red and the swirls were stamped in Kiwi Kiss. The flowers were stamped in Ridinghood Red as well on Whisper White and cut out (2 of them), adhered with a gold brad. The stamp sets used were Priceless and Best Yet (Hostess, Level 1). Ridinghood Red striped 5/8" grosgrain ribbon completes the card.
The final card we made again uses the Snow Swirled stamp set. The base is Whisper White followed by layers of Always Artichoke and So Saffron and another layer of Whisper White. The ink is Always Artichoke. The ribbon is actually from last year's Level 3 Simply Scrappin Hostess set (Ssshhh!, don't tell). I know it is retired, but I really liked the way it looked with this card. The snowflake is cut out and adhered with dimensionals and the ticket corner punch was used on the two layers with the tree.
If you missed this class and would still like to make these cards, just contact me and I will be happy to put together a kit for you! This was our third Christmas card class so those who have been coming to each class have already completed 45 handmade Christmas cards!
